As a Deburr Technician, you will be tasked with deburring and post-processing parts with complex geometries and tight tolerances. Your responsibilities will include depowering, precision cleaning, removing supports, and surface finishing. You will operate wire EDMs, surface grinders, sand blasters, deburring tools, and bandsaws, while handling metal powders efficiently. This role involves deburring, metal additive post-processing, and similar hands-on precision metal work.
Responsibilities- Deburr and post-process parts with complex geometries and tight tolerances.
- Depower, precision clean, remove supports, and surface finish parts.
- Operate wire EDMs, surface grinders, sand blasters, deburring tools, and bandsaws.
- Handle metal powders effectively.
- Engage in manual machining, welding, cutting, fitting, and bending of stainless steels, aluminums, and high-strength nickel alloys.
- Proficiency in deburring and using deburring tools.
- Experience with GD&T, grinding, and manual machining.
- Ability to operate surface grinders, band saws, and wire EDMs.
- Familiarity with stainless steel, R&D, prototype development, and blueprints.
- Knowledge of 3D printing processes.
- Experience in a start-up environment is desirable.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of El Segundo, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr.
