Transfer Station Attendant - Caspar, CA

Redwood Waste Solutions, a Waste Connections company, is looking to hire a safety conscious Site Attendant to join our team! This position would be responsible for overseeing our Transfer Station in Caspar, CA.

The schedule will be Saturday - Wednesday, working 8 hour shifts. Starting pay will be $21.00/hour. The pay range for this job category will be $20-$21.20/hour.

Responsibilities Include:

• Greeting customers as they enter the transfer station, directing them where to go
• Cash handling
• Cleaning equipment - sweeping/ power washing
• General site cleanup as needed
• Friendly customer service

Requirements:

• At least 2+ years of work experience, preferably in a customer service type position
• Cash handling experience
• The ability to lift up to 75 pounds
• Experience operating equipment is a plus
• Ability to work in all weather conditions throughout entire shift
