Job Description:
You will be responsible for modeling and acting in accordance with DB Fresno’s guiding principles and best of all, you will be a part of an awesome family and work with people who love what they do! The person filling this Full Time role will operate at the front lines of IT. They will rotate between HQ Help Desk, Stand Deployment, and Support. They will assist the team in supporting tier 1 and 2 IT operations. They will work closely with our infrastructure team to ensure the ongoing reliability of technology at Dutch Bros Coffee. This will require the knowledge of desktop operating systems (PC and Mac), basic network operation, point of sales systems (POS), current equipment and technologies, recovery procedures, and system performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support positive morale of the team and help ensure a collaborative team
- Be an expert in the operations of DB coffee stands, thoroughly understanding the role of the various types of technology in use
- Guide the implementation process for technology at new stands, through all of its phases, serving as the point of contact for franchisees, managers, and contractors for the duration of the project
- Regularly strive to equip franchisees, managers, and broistas with the perfect tools for their jobs
- Serve as (IT) for new stand deployments
- Procure and configure equipment in accordance with current standards
- Maintain inventory of necessary stand equipment; including but not limited to walkie talkies/ headsets/ipads/ipad cases and more. Devices should be monitored to ensure they are ready to go at any given time
- Maintain inventory of managed ipads in JAMF
- Guide, assist and train Regionals in repairs of specific stand equipment
- Manage all IT Related Assets as well as update work orders for existing and new stands
- Well versed in JAMF (mobile device management) to create and update profiles for ipads
- Work closely with SONOS Stereo Equipment; being well versed in SONOS as well as maintaining ongoing knowledge of SONOS equipment
- Create and manage user accounts
- Test network performance, remotely, once configured
