Lab Technician

Looking for a Lab Technician to join our team in Fresno, CA!! Looking for someone to grow within the company long term!!

Great way to gain experience on resume, we prefer candidates that have their science degree and fast-food experience!!

Schedule: Flexibility to working weekends and overtime

Pay is $18 hourly to start

Typical Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and non-routine laboratory analyses for food and dairy products.
• Prepare samples and reagents, operate lab instruments, and follow SOPs.
• Maintain accurate records in LIMS and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Support sample receipt, labeling, and storage processes.
• Clean and maintain lab equipment and workspaces.

Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in a science-related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Experience with LIMS and basic lab instrumentation is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
