Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join a dynamic team in a leading paper and food-grade production company. The role involves maintaining, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on packaging machines, including pneumatic, automated, and HMI production machinery. You will be responsible for reading blueprints and schematics, running, adjusting, and maintaining production equipment, setting up machines, and performing format changes.

• Perform routine maintenance on machinery, including belts, bearings, and lubrication.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues during production.
• Adjust regulators and valves as necessary.
• Replace pneumatic components such as cylinders, fittings, and solenoid valves.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Ensure compliance with LOTO (Lock-out Tag-out) procedures.

• Strong mechanical and pneumatic skills.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Proficiency in using HMI systems.

• Experience in machine setup and format change.
• Familiarity with LOTO procedures.

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
