Job Title: Foreman

Job Description

Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities for ADU installations. Lead and manage subcontractors and labor crews, ensuring adherence to project plans and safety protocols. Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for clients, inspectors, and vendors. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents. Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available and properly used. Monitor project timelines, report progress, and proactively address delays or issues. Conduct quality control inspections and ensure compliance with building codes and company standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times. Travel regularly to various job sites, sometimes requiring overnight stays.

Responsibilities

  • Travel regularly to various job sites, sometimes requiring overnight stays.

Essential Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in residential construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
  • Strong knowledge of framing, electrical, plumbing, and finish carpentry.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple crews and subcontractors effectively.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours as needed.
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Work Environment

Jobsite shifts are from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with 4-5 hours of overtime often required. Work will be conducted in both indoor and outdoor environments as the structure is completed.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Gardena, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $34.00/hr.
