Customer Support Integration Engineer
Job Description
Serve as the technical point of contact for customers integrating laser communication products into their systems. Provide hands-on support, training, and troubleshooting across platforms such as satellites, aircraft, and ground vehicles. Collaborate closely with internal engineering and sales teams to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical liaison for customers during integration processes.
- Deliver hands-on support and training to customers on-site.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with laser communication products.
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams to enhance product features.
- Work with sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns.
Essential Skills
- At least 4 years of experience in aerospace or optical/electrical systems integration.
- Proficiency in using test equipment, embedded systems, and Linux.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Strong background in Electrical, Optical, Aerospace, Systems, or Test Engineering.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with laser communication systems and ruggedized military equipment.
- Knowledge of environmental testing standards such as MIL-STD-810 and DO-160.
