Customer Support Integration Engineer


Job Description

Serve as the technical point of contact for customers integrating laser communication products into their systems. Provide hands-on support, training, and troubleshooting across platforms such as satellites, aircraft, and ground vehicles. Collaborate closely with internal engineering and sales teams to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary technical liaison for customers during integration processes.
  • Deliver hands-on support and training to customers on-site.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with laser communication products.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering teams to enhance product features.
  • Work with sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns.

Essential Skills

  • At least 4 years of experience in aerospace or optical/electrical systems integration.
  • Proficiency in using test equipment, embedded systems, and Linux.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Strong background in Electrical, Optical, Aerospace, Systems, or Test Engineering.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with laser communication systems and ruggedized military equipment.
  • Knowledge of environmental testing standards such as MIL-STD-810 and DO-160.

This is a Permanent position based out of Hawthorne, California.

Compensation:$135000
