🔍 Position: Quality Inspector

We are seeking a skilled Quality Inspector to support inspections of aviation components from start to finish. Aerospace experience is highly preferred but not required—candidates with strong mechanical inspection backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

⭐ Key Responsibilities

• Perform visual and dimensional inspections for:
  • Receiving
  • First Article
  • In‑Process
  • Final Inspection
• Inspect aviation components ranging from small details to top‑level assemblies
• Apply visual and cosmetic quality standards
• Write inspection reports and document nonconformances
• Review supplier certifications for accuracy and compliance
• Participate in root cause analysis & corrective actions
• Collect and record data for statistical analysis
• Interpret tolerances and utilize precision instruments for mechanical inspections
• (including geometrical & positional tolerances)

🔧 Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Hands‑on experience using tools such as:
  • Calipers
  • Micrometers
  • Height gauges
  • Indicators
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform accurate visual & dimensional inspections
• Previous experience in a quality control environment

Work Environment

This role is based in a spacious, well‑organized manufacturing facility that builds interior components for Boeing 737 aircraft. You’ll work with advanced materials, specialized equipment, and a dedicated team committed to quality and innovation.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Huntington Beach, CA.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr.
