Job Title: Project Manager
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, design, and execution of complex projects from inception through completion. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment. The Project Manager will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational objectives.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison and owner representative for assigned projects.
- Develop and manage project scope, ensuring alignment with goals and objectives.
- Prepare RFPs and oversee procurement processes for designers and contractors.
- Direct and manage project execution, ensuring timely completion within budget and contractual obligations.
- Plan and define program goals, develop strategies, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Supervise and control technical, fiscal, and administrative functions throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
- Conduct field surveys and investigations to inform design and construction decisions.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, including agreements, reports, drawings, and specifications.
- Coordinate design and construction activities, including resolving technical issues, managing RFIs, and overseeing acceptance tests.
- Monitor permitting processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Review change proposals, pay applications, and ensure contractual compliance.
- Prepare progress reports for management and recommend corrective actions for cost or schedule variances.
- Lead coordination meetings with designers, contractors, and stakeholders.
Essential Skills
- 15+ years of project management experience, preferably in large-scale infrastructure or airport projects.
- Proven ability to manage projects exceeding $50 million in value.
- Familiarity with multiple delivery methods (Design-Bid-Build, Design/Build).
- Strong knowledge of design and construction practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Familiarity with PMIS and CAD/REVIT preferred.
- PMP, PE, or equivalent preferred.

Work Environment
This is a full-time, on-site position with flexibility for after-hours or weekend work as needed. The work environment is fast-paced and active, requiring the ability to adapt quickly. Candidates must provide their own laptop and cell phone for business use.

This is a Permanent position based out of Inglewood, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $176000.00 - $197000.00/yr.
