Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic/Electrician
Job Description
This role focuses on the repair and preventive maintenance of various production and laboratory instruments, machines, and equipment within a drug and medical device manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on pharmaceutical manufacturing and lab equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and utility system issues during overnight operations
- Support equipment reliability and uptime in a cGMP-regulated, ISO-classified cleanroom environment
- Conduct repairs in aseptic cleanrooms with strict adherence to GMP protocols
- Maintain and troubleshoot aseptic filling lines, including BTC (bottle tip cap), cartridge, and syringe systems
- Accurately document maintenance activities in CMMS
- Provide mechanical and electrical support for production systems and facility infrastructure
Required Experience
- 4+ years in industrial, manufacturing, or plant maintenance
- Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems
- Experience with AC/DC electrical systems
- Ability to work independently overnight
- Comfortable working in a cGMP pharmaceutical or medical device environment
Preferred Experience
- Autoclaves, steam systems, RO/WFI water systems, HVAC
- Hands-on experience with aseptic filling equipment (BTC, cartridge, syringe lines)
- Experience in pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturing

Work Environment
Work in a pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturing environment that adheres to GMP standards. The facility operates on a 1st shift from 6 am to 2:30 pm and a 3rd shift from 10:30 pm to 6:30 am, with overtime available on Saturdays.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $33.00 - $38.00/hr.
