About the Role
Join a fast‑growing medical device manufacturer producing life‑saving products used in hospitals worldwide. You’ll work in a cleanroom environment assembling, inspecting, and preparing high‑quality medical devices that directly impact patient care.

What You’ll Do
- Operate production machinery and equipment to build medical devices to exact specifications
- Follow detailed manufacturing instructions and maintain accurate documentation for traceability
- Prepare and package products for sterilization
- Perform microscope inspections to ensure product quality
- Set up coating machines and complete coating, inspecting, and folding of balloon catheters
- Mix excipient and spray‑coating formulations and perform testing
- Package sterile and non‑sterile finished or semi‑finished goods
- Replenish supplies and build components for work orders
- Complete daily cleanroom and equipment cleaning tasks
What We’re Looking For
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Comfortable standing for the full shift
- Open to overtime and weekend work
- 1+ year of medical device manufacturing experience required
- Microscope inspection experience preferred
- Familiarity with cleanroom procedures, gowning, and de‑gowning
- High School Diploma or equivalent

Work Environment

- Two 30‑minute breaks (one paid, one unpaid) — more rest time than standard 10‑minute breaks

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
