Join our dynamic team as an Entry Level Cleanroom Assembler, where you will work on assembling catheters designed to prevent aneurysms in the brain. This role involves precision work, primarily using microscopes and small hand tools to assemble small pieces like coiling wire and tubing.
Responsibilities- Assemble small components such as coiling wire and tubing using microscopes and small hand tools.
- Maintain quality and performance standards while working within a cleanroom environment.
- Perform GDP reviews and work within ERP systems on computers to manage work orders.
- Issue materials to work orders and conduct cycle counts of inventory in a cleanroom setting.
- Ability to work under a microscope for extended periods.
- Proficiency in using small hand tools.
- Comfortable working long hours in a cleanroom environment.
- No prior experience required; company will provide training.
- Open to candidates with experience in medical devices, electronics, or related fields.
- Experience with coil, hot box, iron soldering, UV bonding, and measuring equipment is a plus.

Work EnvironmentThe work environment is a cleanroom setting where full gowns are required. You will work 10 hours a day, 6 days a week, totaling 45 to 55 hours weekly. The manager fosters a supportive atmosphere, encouraging communication and good relationships among employees, while emphasizing quality and productivity.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
