Job Title: Quality Assurance - Training
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated contractor to provide critical training support during a transitional period following a recent acquisition. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure training continuity, system integration, and compliance across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with managers, process owners, and subject matter experts to support training needs, including implementing role-based training plans.
- Execute training-related tasks within the change control process to ensure training is properly scheduled and assigned in the learning system when documents are created or updated.
- Lead efforts related to integrating training materials and documentation into new/existing systems and processes.
- Support training-related activities associated with nonconformities and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs).
- Generate and distribute training metrics and KPIs; monitor performance and escalate any adverse trends or gaps.
- Identify and recommend improvements to training processes and systems for better efficiency and compliance.
- Actively participate in Communities of Practice or tactical meetings to share insights and best practices.
- Work closely with Information Services (IT) and the SLMS Shared Services team to manage ServiceNow training requests and ensure business needs are met.
- Support internal and external audit readiness related to training processes and documentation.
- Respond to and resolve ad hoc training requests from various business units.
- Perform additional duties and contribute to special projects as needed.

Work Environment
The position offers 2 weeks of paid time off and 10 holidays. The work environment encourages collaboration across various departments and teams.
