Job Title: Wire Harness Technician in Long Beach - $34-39 an hour

Job Description

Join our innovative team as a Wire Harness Technician, where you will build custom harnessing, including cutting, stripping, crimping, soldering, and terminating based on wire diagrams. You will work with wire harness assembly, wiring schematics, and manufacturing verification, ensuring each test box is safe before transitioning to the next department.

Responsibilities

• Build custom harnessing by cutting, stripping, crimping, soldering, and terminating based on wire diagrams.
• Assemble wire harnesses and work with wiring schematics.
• Conduct manufacturing verification and interpret drawings and schematics.
• Ensure the test box is safe before moving to the next department.
• Use various fasteners and fastening tools for assembly.
• Work with Military Circular connectors.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in wire harness assembly, wiring, soldering, and crimping.
• Experience in interpreting wiring schematics and diagrams.
• Ability to assemble PCBAs and harnesses.
• Familiarity with using fasteners and fastening tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 5 years of experience as a wire harness technician or master technician.
• Experience with Molex wire harness (preferred but not required).
• Ability to lift 50lbs unassisted.
• Experience in test fixture build and harness build.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Long Beach, CA.

The pay range for this position is $37.00 - $37.00/hr.
