Job Description

The Software Engineering Manager will lead a team of engineers developing mission-critical embedded software and firmware for space flight systems. This role is pivotal in ensuring engineering tasks are well-defined, prioritized, and executed on schedule to meet program milestones.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers in the development of embedded software and firmware for space flight systems.

Essential Skills

• Experience in task management and full life cycle development.
• Proven leadership skills in a technical environment.
• Understanding of real-time operating systems, microcontrollers, FPGA, and low-level hardware interfaces.
• Proficiency in C/C++ and embedded development toolchains.
• 3+ years in a technical leadership role.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field..
