In this role you will be responsible for the supervision, monitoring and evaluation of the Transplant and Cellular Therapy Office staff.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Coordination of interdisciplinary care for transplant recipients and donors, throughout the care continuum.
  • Hiring, orientation, counseling and development of staff
  • Development and revision of office policies and procedures
  • Coordination and completion of reports for payors and accrediting agencies.
Salary Range: $140,200.00-$331,800.00/annually

Job Qualifications
Qualifications

Required:
  • Valid, CA RN License
  • BSN required
  • BLS Card from AHA or ARC
  • Oncology Certified (OCN, BMTCN, APHON, or AOCNP)
  • Ability to communicate with patients, referring physicians, transplant team members, insurance companies, governmental agencies, hospital staff, and other groups in a professional, diplomatic manner over the telephone and in person
  • Knowledge of Medical Terminology
  • Previous experience in working with health care professionals in a health care setting
Preferred:
  • Minimum of 5 years of transplant /cellular therapy experience
  • MSN preferred
  • Previous management experience
  • Previous experience as a transplant coordinator
  • Working knowledge of resources within outpatient and an acute care medical center with commensurate ability to refer individuals to appropriate departments
