Digital Marketing Specialist

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing & Communications team on a temporary basis. This role will support various marketing initiatives, including campaign execution, regulatory communications, and process clean-up efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience in regulated industries and be comfortable working independently while collaborating across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with mail house cleanup related to onboarding and recurring communications.
• Support updates to marketing materials following a descriptor/name change.
• Collaborate with designers to update web banners and repurpose promotional materials.
• Contribute to email campaign development, including building and QA of email sends.
• Help with policy and procedure documentation cleanup, transitioning content into OneNote.
• Provide support for regulatory mailings, such as annual privacy policy notices.
• Assist with branch campaign collateral and other lower-effort marketing tasks.
• Manage queue items and ongoing marketing projects with attention to deadlines and quality.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of direct marketing experience, with a focus on project management.
• Strong understanding of marketing concepts and campaign execution.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Experience in a regulated industry (preferred but not required).
• Familiarity with mail house operations and marketing automation.
• Proficient in tools such as:
