Description

The Department of Psychiatry is seeking to hire an Assistant Clinical Research Coordinator to join our Neuromodulation Division. You will contribute to the overall operations of research activities from recruitment and screening of subjects, set up for study procedures, conduct of ratings and other procedures, and closeout . Primary duties include:
  • Research study data collection
  • Study recruitment
  • Organization and updating research database per protocol and specifications
  • Conducting in-person clinical interviews with subjects
  • Communicating research study policies and procedures with participants/patients, family members, clinical and research staff, and referring physicians.
  • Learning and executing research study procedures including rTMS treatment, EEG, using care connect EHR, performing routine clinical rating procedures
  • Assisting with MRI scanning and TMS treatment of participants
  • Other duties as assigned
Salary range: $27.08/hr - $43.55/hr

Job Qualifications
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Neuroscience, Biology or related field (Preferred)

Prior clinical research coordination experience

Experience in neuroscience and/or working in a laboratory

Proficiency in data management and organization of technical information

Ability to troubleshoot and follow detailed research protocols

Interpersonal skills to interact with other team members

Basic Life Support Certification (preferred)
