Business Systems Analyst

Description

The Sr. Business System Analyst position is responsible for designing and testing system enhancements, modifying workflows to improve production, and expanding systems to serve new purposes. This position formulates/defines systems scope and objectives based on user needs, prepares design specifications, test plans and flowcharts, and coordinates system installation with user departments. Analyzes all assigned business unit functions to determine application, integration and optimal use of information systems. Ability to work under general direction with minimal guidance.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Business Analyst Requirements: This role is purely analytical, requiring strong data skills (Excel, Access, Crystal, Tableau) to tell stories with data and understand formulas; healthcare experience is a bonus but not essential.
• BA Role & Systems: The BA will work with existing tools like Crystal and Tableau to mine data, complete assessments, and help build necessary reports, focusing on data-driven insights.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Both roles will involve dealing with various stakeholders, and the new hires will help foster a collaborative environment and improve communication.
