Shifts Available:

• 🕕 Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• 🌙 Swing Shift: 2:45 PM – 11:15 PM
• (Overtime available as needed)
• 📅 First Day Orientation: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

💵 Pay Range: $19 – $21 per hour

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Assemble box builds using visual aids and detailed work instructions
• Perform mechanical assembly operations with precision tools and measuring techniques
• Install wire harnesses, cable assemblies, and other electronic components
• Set up and operate tools/equipment in the box build area
• Identify and escalate quality issues to team leaders
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace following 5S principles

🛠 Essential Skills

• Hands‑on experience with assembly, PCB/PCB assembly, box build, and cable assembly
• Ability to read blueprints and understand cabling/surface mount processes
• 2–5 years of mechanical operator experience in electronics manufacturing preferred
• Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and independence

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milpitas, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
