Job Title: Foreman/ Carpenter Lead
Description:
The Construction Foreman/ Carpenter is a hands-on leader who oversees both factory assembly crews and field crews on shell/core projects. You’ll supervise local LA teams and travel across California to stand up, train, and lead temporary and local labor to company standards—ensuring quality, safety, and schedule are met. This is a boots‑on‑the‑ground role: you will work alongside crews, particularly in drywall and metal framing, while driving productivity and craftsmanship.

3–5 years of construction experience, with drywall and/or metal stud framing.
2+ years in a foreman/lead/supervisor capacity managing multi‑trade or framing/drywall crews.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a necessity
Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, and motivate teams; “lead by doing” style.
Proficient reading drawings, sequencing work, and coordinating with other trades.
Strong commitment to safety, housekeeping, and quality control.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; willingness to travel across California.
Plus: experience with modular or off‑site construction; HCD familiarity.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $65000.00/hr.
