Job Title: Home Loan Specialist – Loan Closing

Overview:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Home Loan Specialist to join our Loan Closing team. This entry-level role is critical in ensuring accurate and timely loan processing while supporting internal teams and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and validate loan data in a timely manner
• Initiate third-party service orders (e.g., title, appraisal, credit, flood certs)
• Review and verify loan documentation for compliance and completeness
• Respond to routine inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Monitor work queues and prioritize tasks to meet strict deadlines
• Support loan closing and funding processes
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow
• Uphold company values and contribute to a positive team culture

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Familiarity with TRID regulations and loan closing processes preferred
• Experience in mortgage, title, escrow, or financial services is a plus
• Experienced loan processors are encouraged to apply

• Loan closing and funding experience
• Escrow and title experience
• Knowledge of Encompass or similar loan origination systems
• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines with high accuracy
