QC Inspector

Hiring for PCB Quality Inspector and SMT set up roles.

PCB Quality:

• Performing Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) visual inspection to IPC-A-610, Class3 workmanship criteria.
• Performing PCBA inspection under a microscope.
• Entering data into computer systems such as Manex, Excel, and Spotlight.
• Performing Device History Record (DHR) verification before releasing finished medical devices/products to shipping.

SMT Set Up:

• Reads, understands, and follows SMT set up procedures.
• Pulls kits from stockroom.
• Pulls parts from SKB (SMT Kanban)
• Reads, understands, and follows Manufacturing Process Instructions (MPI) Identifies set up table, feeder size, tape size, feeder position, table location.
• Reads, understands, and follows the set up sheet to perform new job set up including sorting parts in sequence, testing feeders, write down part numbers and installing parts on the feeders.
• Sets up and verifies set up such as assembly, revision, value, part marking, pick up angle, pick up position, and quantity.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Morgan Hill, CA.

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $32.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Morgan Hill,CA.
