Now Hiring: 4 PCB Manufacturing Roles – Morgan Hill, CA

You will be joining a growing PCB Manufacturing in Morgan Hill that specializes in complex PCB, PCBA, and electronic assembly work. We currently have four openings across Production, Quality, and Rework. All roles offer full‑time hours, consistent schedules, and opportunities for long‑term employment.


1. Hand Soldering Technician (Through‑Hole / BGA Rework)

Type: 6‑month contract (potential to convert)

Pay: $28–$36/hr DOE

Schedule: Day Shift | Mon–Fri | 7:30am–3:30pm | OT available

What You’ll Do:

Perform precision hand soldering on BGA and through‑hole components, rework boards, and support production needs on complex PCB assemblies.

Experience Needed:

  • Strong hand soldering and PCB rework experience
  • BGA or through‑hole rework expertise preferred
  • Ability to meet IPC quality standards

2. Final PCBA Quality Assurance Inspector (FNQA)

Type: 6‑month contract (potential to convert)

Pay: $27–$32/hr DOE

Schedule: Day Shift (7:30am–3:30pm) | Swing Shift available (3:30pm–12:00am) | OT available

What You’ll Do:

Inspect completed PCBAs, verify workmanship to quality standards, perform functional checks, and ensure assemblies meet documentation and compliance requirements.

Experience Needed:

  • Previous PCBA or electronic inspection experience
  • Familiarity with IPC standards
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy

3. SMT Quality Assurance Inspectors (2 Openings)

Type: 6‑month contract (potential to convert)

Pay: $25–$31/hr DOE

Schedule: Day Shift (7:30am–3:30pm) | Swing Shift available (3:30pm–12:00am) | OT available

What You’ll Do:

Perform QA inspection of SMT lines, PCB assemblies, solder joints, and components. Support production quality and identify defects before assemblies move forward.

Experience Needed:

  • SMT, PCB, or PC board inspection experience
  • Understanding of component polarity, solder quality, and visual inspection criteria
  • Ability to follow QA processes and read assembly documentation

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $32.00/hr.
