Job Title: Temp Construction Superintendent - Overnight & Weekends

Duration: 4-6 week project

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Superintendent to oversee a subcontractor on a solar installation. This position requires working overnight and during weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation of anchors by a contractor to support solar panels.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Monitor and report on project progress.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed, maintaining a safe work environment.
• Utilize basic computer skills to assist in project management tasks.

Essential Skills

• OSHA 30 certification is required.
• Experience in commercial construction is essential (Electrical or Mechanical is ideal).
• Experience in commercial solar construction is a plus.
• Proficiency in operating boom and scissor lifts.
• Strong skills in subcontractor management.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with solar projects is a plus.
• Knowledge of industrial construction practices.

Work Environment

The work will be conducted in an indoor manufacturing environment, requiring comfort with working on scissor lifts. The position demands flexibility with working hours, including potential for work up to seven days a week.

This is a Contract position based out of Ontario, CA.

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $60.00/hr.
