A leader in fire safety and protection services is seeking a skilled and certified Regulation 4 Technician to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the safety and compliance of high-rise and non-high-rise buildings throughout the Los Angeles area.

Job Description:

As a Regulation 4 Certified Technician, you will be responsible for conducting fire alarm testing and inspections in accordance with Regulation 4 standards. Your primary focus will be on high-rise and non-high-rise buildings, ensuring all systems are compliant with local fire safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform fire alarm system testing and inspections in compliance with Regulation 4.
• Document and report inspection results accurately and in a timely manner.
• Communicate effectively with building management and local authorities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fire safety codes and standards.
• Travel to various sites across the Los Angeles area as required.

Required Qualifications:

• Active Regulation 4 Certification.
• Proven experience in fire alarm testing and inspections.
• Strong understanding of fire safety systems and local compliance requirements.
• Ability to work independently in a field-based role.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
