Warranty Services Representative
The Warranty Services Representative provides advanced support to customers via phone and electronic communication, handling all aspects of warranty service requests—including dispatching, warranty validation, registration, vendor authorization, and service provider coordination.
Responsibilities
- Deliver verbal and written support on product services and general product inquiries, including complex multi‑family or commercial projects.
- Interpret and explain warranty information as it applies to specific products.
- Coordinate the return of malfunctioning or defective items for repair or replacement.
- Utilize internal systems to track requests, troubleshoot issues, check parts inventory, document resolutions, and determine warranty eligibility.
- Dispatch and coordinate third‑party service providers.
- Conduct follow‑up to ensure timely and complete resolution of customer cases.
Required Skills
- Warranty claims processing
- Customer support / customer service
- Data entry
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in computer systems, CRM and ERP platforms, and general business software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed team environment.
- Ability to interpret technical instructions and documentation.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to support multiple products and prioritize tasks.
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
This is a Contract position based out of Oxnard, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
