Job Description

As the first representative of the facility, the greeter plays a crucial role in providing a warm and welcoming environment for patients and visitors upon their entrance to the Medical Center lobby. The greeter is responsible for receiving guests, facilitating visitor policies, and directing individuals to appropriate services or waiting areas.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and patients upon their arrival at the Medical Center lobby.
• Distribute and collect visitor badges for facility entrance.
• Direct visitors and patients to appropriate services and waiting areas.
• Collaborate with Volunteers and Admitting staff.
• Perform a variety of clerical assignments and duties as assigned.

• Administrative skills

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in healthcare
