The CDL Onboarding Specialist will play a crucial role in integrating all CDL drivers into the ATS system, ensuring compliance with DOT regulations. This includes managing drug and alcohol testing, verifying employment attempts, and reviewing past accident histories.
Responsibilities- Onboard CDL drivers into the Tenstreet ATS system.
- Ensure compliance with DOT regulations during the onboarding process.
- Coordinate and conduct drug and alcohol testing for drivers.
- Verify employment history with three attempts using all available patterns.
- Review and document any past accidents involving drivers.
- At least 1 year of experience in a related role.
- Proficiency in onboarding processes.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Understanding of compliance regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of Tenstreet and CDL Class A.
- Experience with Workday and Icims.
The role involves working with advanced ATS systems such as Tenstreet, as well as utilizing Workday and Icims. The position requires a meticulous approach to compliance and documentation, with a focus on customer service and effective communication.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Paramount, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
