Key Responsibilities

  • Manage high-volume inbound/outbound calls and text interactions
  • Maintain a pipeline of up to 75 active mortgage loans
  • Perform routine data entry and validation tasks
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Collaborate with internal departments and third parties for issue resolution
  • Monitor work queues and assist with workflow balance
  • Escalate complex issues to team members or supervisors
  • Meet established production and quality standards
  • Adhere to company policy and procedures


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in call center, mortgage, or financial services
  • Spanish bilingual (preferred but not required)
  • Detail-oriented, with strong math, critical thinking, and time management skills
  • Solid verbal and written communication
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and common business tools


Work Schedule

  • Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • (May shift to 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM depending on business needs)
