Job Description

• We are seeking a results-driven Maintenance Manager to lead our facilities and equipment reliability efforts at a high-volume fulfillment center. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a strong technical background and a passion for operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technicians in maintaining and troubleshooting material handling equipment, including conveyors and sorters.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee capital projects.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Implement safety programs and conduct regular safety audits.
• Handle conflict resolution and manage team dynamics effectively.
• Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to assess operational efficiency.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely completion.
• Plan budgets and control costs efficiently.

Essential Skills

• Experience in maintenance management and preventative maintenance planning.
• Proficiency in automation and control systems.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Leadership experience in fast-paced environments.
• Proficient in CMMS, AutoCAD, and data analysis tools.
• Experience leading maintenance teams.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement tools.
• Understanding of OSHA regulations and safety standards.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Skilled in coaching and developing technicians.
• Comfortable managing contractors and vendors.
• Capable of risk assessment and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Experience with project management and capital expenditure planning.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Patterson, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $111000.00 - $147000.00/yr.
