Assembly

Join our dynamic assembly team where you will play a crucial role in the production process. You will work in either the Components Table or the Crossarms Table, assembling essential parts and preparing them for distribution. This position is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our assembly line and the quality of the components we produce.

• Assemble components such as nuts and bolts at the Components Table and ensure they are boxed to the required amount.
• Work independently at the Components Table with repetitive tasks requiring attention to detail.
• At the Crossarms Table, attach components to utility arms, including brackets, braces, copper wire, and signs.
• Collaborate with a team of three to palatalize completed arms for distribution, primarily to utility companies like PG&E.

• Experience in assembly or production work, preferably within a warehouse setting.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with high attention to detail.
• Familiarity with warehouse inventory processes.

• Recent warehouse experience required.
• 1-2 months of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Prior manufacturing experience is preferred.

This is an excellent opportunity for career growth with a short 4-month contract leading to potential permanent hire. Experience upward mobility as many of our leads and managers are promoted from within.

Work in an industrial manufacturing environment focusing on producing pole line equipment for utility companies like PG&E. The shift starts at 3 PM and includes a 30-minute lunch break. Be prepared for overtime as required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pittsburg, CA.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
