Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Residential Plumbing Service Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for providing top-notch plumbing services to residential clients in the Tri Valley area, operating primarily within a 50-mile radius of our headquarters in Newbury. This role offers a unique opportunity to work independently while benefiting from the support of a well-established company.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential plumbing service calls.
• Upsell additional plumbing services to clients.
• Operate company-provided vehicle for service calls from day one.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by adhering to company standards and foundational rules.

Essential Skills

• 5 years of plumbing experience ideally.
• Proficiency in installation, plumbing, finish plumbing, and residential service plumbing.
• Experience with tools such as hand tools, sawzall, impact driver, and torch.
• Good tenure in previous roles.
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan software and PHCC Trade School training.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in sales and upselling is beneficial.
• Knowledge of snaking drains and working with PVC materials.

Work Environment

You will work independently, handling service calls primarily in residential settings, with occasional commercial work. The role involves a standard workweek from Friday to Tuesday, with varying hours on weekdays and weekends. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is provided, and there's a boot reimbursement program. You will be utilizing a range of tools, ensuring safe and effective service delivery.

This is a Permanent position based out of Pleasanton, CA.

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $200000.00/yr.
