Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule patient appointments and manage calendar coordination
- Conduct welcome calls to new patients, ensuring a positive first impression
- Answer incoming calls and assist with patient inquiries
- Generate and review reports to support operational efficiency
- Collaborate with the intake team to ensure accurate patient onboarding
- Coordinate with the authorization department to track and follow up on new or expiring authorizations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service setting preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with medical terminology and scheduling systems is a plus
