Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule patient appointments and manage calendar coordination
  • Conduct welcome calls to new patients, ensuring a positive first impression
  • Answer incoming calls and assist with patient inquiries
  • Generate and review reports to support operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with the intake team to ensure accurate patient onboarding
  • Coordinate with the authorization department to track and follow up on new or expiring authorizations

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service setting preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and scheduling systems is a plus
