Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to manage order-related activities and provide exceptional customer support. This role involves processing orders, maintaining customer databases, and addressing inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage all order-related activity for an assigned customer base including order processing, shipping schedule, invoicing, and post-delivery support.
- Track licenses, maintenance, and entitlements for each customer.
- Create and follow up on customer quotes as needed.
- Update and maintain customer account information databases.
- Be available to answer questions from customers or other departments.
- Work on software orders and complex resources for a set portfolio of customers.
- Participate in project teams as assigned.
Essential Skills
- 3+ years of strong customer service experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Management experience and great tenure.
- Strong communication, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using resources to research issues and handle complex customer inquiries.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in processing orders, data entry, and using Excel.
- Complex customer resolution

Work Environment
You will work in a corporate office environment with a team-oriented setting, primarily within cubicles. The team consists of 10 representatives and 1 lead. The work schedule is from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and the dress code is business casual.
