General Laborer

Job Title: General Laborer - Installers Paying $21-24/Hour!

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated general laborers to join our team. The role involves handling materials, removing tape from floors, cleaning, moving and staging inventory, and installing metal fences on the robotics floor to enhance safety procedures. This position requires the use of various tools and demands physical strength due to repetitive heavy lifting.

Responsibilities

• Remove tape from floors and clean designated areas.
• Move and stage inventory efficiently.
• Install metal fences on the robotics floor to improve safety.
• Utilize tools such as drills, impact drivers, screwdrivers, rulers, hammers, and torque wrenches.
• Perform heavy lifting up to 50 pounds repetitively.
• Work in a loud and fast-paced environment.

Essential Skills

• Experience with hand and power tools.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull equipment up to 50 pounds.
• Proficient in reading a tape measure.
• Mechanically inclined with strong tool skills.
• Physically capable of repetitive work including lifting, pulling, and pushing.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in construction, carpentry, industrial repair, or mechanical assembly.
• Familiarity with quality assurance, forklift operation, inventory management, and installation processes.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods.

Work Environment

The role is based in a climate-controlled warehouse environment that is loud and can be chaotic. Shifts are available on 1st from 4:30am to 2:00pm and 2nd from 2:30pm to 12:30am, with availability required from Monday to Friday and OT as necessary.

This is a Contract position based out of Rialto, CA.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
