Location: Richmond, CA

Pay: $19/hr

Shift: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

About the Role

Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse/Driver Helper, where you’ll play an essential role in organizing deliveries and ensuring timely, accurate service for our customers. This position offers hands-on experience in warehouse operations with the potential to transition into a driving role.

Responsibilities

• Pull and stock customer boxes or items efficiently.
• Scan and barcode incoming boxes and items accurately.
• Process work orders promptly and handle rush deliveries with urgency and precision.
• Assist drivers with loading/unloading and delivery preparation.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be 21 years or older.

Essential Skills

• Experience in warehouse operations, including order pulling and picking.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Preferred Skills

• Basic PC knowledge and ability to handle confidential information.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Work Environment

You’ll work in a deadline-driven warehouse environment alongside a team of 8 professionals. While independence is key, collaboration is essential. Be prepared for labor-intensive tasks requiring physical stamina and a strong work ethic.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Richmond, CA.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
