Job Title: Construction Manager
Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Construction Manager who are willing to travel nationwide to support utility-scale solar installations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage Solar (PV) construction projects from start to finish.
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion.
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and adherence to safety standards.
- Prepare and submit progress reports to stakeholders.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and permits.
Essential Skills
- Experience in Safety Management, Construction, Safety Training, Safety Programs, and Safety Procedures.
- OSHA 30 Certificate.
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role in utility scale solar/photovoltaic projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and project management software such as Primavera or ProCore.
- Familiarity with construction estimating and cost control techniques.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred).
Work Environment
The candidate will work both in an office setting and outdoors, traveling to different locations and working in various weather conditions.
Compensation:$130000
