Walmart Marketplace is a fast-growing curated community of third-party online sellers who offer millions of products to Walmart.com customers. The Seller Marketing & Communications team supports all Walmart Marketplace functions and ensures effective and seamless communication between sellers and internal teams across multiple channels, at every stage of a seller's lifecycle.

About the team
The Walmart Marketplace Events, Communications, and Marketing team is seeking a bright, energetic Program Manager. This role is critical to binding our strategy to the tactics we need to drive success in product adoption, education, and the overall Marketplace seller growth. You will play an integral role in organizing launches and engagement campaigns. The right candidate will have outstanding time management and communications skills, impeccable attention to detail, and enthusiasm for tackling multiple complex projects within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The Program Manager will be responsible for project management, final sign-off with key stakeholders, scheduling of activations, and reporting for their work stream. This role will report to our Senior Program Manager.
What You'll Do...
• Partner with stakeholders to develop comprehensive project plans, including pre-launch, launch, and post-launch components.
• Manage and tactically execute on all elements of marketing campaigns, including but not limited to: project managing creative deliverables, scheduling, cross-functional collaboration, documentation, stakeholder reviews, and performance reporting.
• Oversee the intake process for marketing and communications requests, evaluate new requests to ensure all required information is provided, and partner with the Sr. Program Manager to recommend a communications strategy.
• Participate in regular check-ins with stakeholders to communicate SLAs, project status, and/or changes to launch timelines or activation dates.
• Manage the editorial calendar and partner with the creative team to define scope, ensure expected timelines and milestones are clearly indicated in project plans, and escalate issues to stakeholders.
• Manage and enforce internal marketing and communications work processes and SLAs.
• Identify and escalate pain points and areas for improvement in a timely and positive manner.
What You'll Bring...
• BA in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field or 5 years of relevant experience.
• 2-3 years of project management experience with exposure to digital marketing, creative production, or agency work.
• A self-starter with proven ability to multi-task, set priorities, and be resourceful in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working in a highly cross-functional role, and building relationships across the entire Walmart Marketplace org.
• Strong understanding of creative development capabilities and SLAs.
• Highly organized and efficient with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects involving stakeholder conversations, gathering requirements, and guiding revisions.
• Ability to understand larger strategic vision, define and execute on tactical pieces, and create clarity in ambiguous circumstances.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Asana, Airtable is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to see other people's point of view and receive constructive criticism

The annual salary range for this position is $91,000.00-$169,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
