Description

The Electrical Assembler shall be skilled in construction, assembly, fabrication and test of PCBs, electronic and mechanical prototypes and products, ensuring quality standards are met by properly soldering components, connecting wires, installing parts and performing basic testing of completed items with a quality and reliability focus plus perform rework as necessary.

Capabilities
  • Accurately assemble electrical components, including wires, circuit boards, connectors, and enclosures, following established procedures, wiring diagrams and schematics, using various tools and measuring instruments
  • Independently perform tests and document the tests results, following an approved test plan
  • Write specifications, reports and technical manuals
  • Prepare, order, track and inventory parts lists
  • Work with and take direction from Electrical Engineers and Systems Engineers
Required Experience
  • Secret Clearance
  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Four (4) years' experience in construction, assembly, fabrication and test of electrical, electronic and mechanical prototypes and products.
  • IPC-J-STD-001 and IPC-A-620 Certified Required
  • Self-Motivated, problem solver.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $39,000.00 - $70,500.00
