  • Assist with ordering materials, tracking deliveries, and maintaining inventory to ensure the timely availability of materials.

  • Support the preparation and processing of change orders by tracking project scope changes and documenting variations from the original contract.
  • Assist in preparing progress reports, cost estimates, and schedules to update clients, senior leadership, and project stakeholders.

  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP plans.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with project teams, clients, and subcontractors.
  • Ability to identify issues, think critically, and provide practical solutions to project challenges.
  • A keen eye for detail and organization to manage complex project documentation and track project milestones.
  • A commitment to upholding safety standards and ensuring safe working conditions on the job site.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Experience with a General Contractor is ideal, but strong subcontractor experience in concrete or electrical is acceptable.
  • Familiarity with BuildingConnected (used for preconstruction and bidding) is a plus.
  • Estimating experience is a plus.
  • Experience with commercial office buildouts, tenant improvements, and MEP-intensive projects such as labs or server rooms.

This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on high-profile commercial construction projects while working closely with a collaborative and easy-going team. The work environment is fast-paced and supportive, with a strong company culture that values initiative, organization, and positive energy.
