🔬 Clinical Laboratory Scientist – Drive Innovation in Diagnostic Science

Are you a detail-driven scientist with a passion for precision and patient care? We’re looking for a Clinical Laboratory Scientist to join a high-performing team and play a key role in delivering accurate, timely, and life-changing diagnostic results.


🌟 About the Role As a Clinical Laboratory Scientist, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the integrity of laboratory testing and operations. You’ll work with cutting-edge diagnostic assays, contribute to test development, and uphold the highest standards of quality and compliance.

🧪 Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform specimen handling, labeling, processing, and storage according to lab protocols.
  • Monitor test performance and ensure analytic accuracy and consistency.
  • Maintain and document quality control, calibrations, and equipment maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues when test systems fall outside acceptable parameters.
  • Prepare and qualify reagents, and transcribe data into laboratory systems.
  • Author and review SOPs, logs, and regulatory documentation.
  • Train new team members and support the development of new clinical tests.
  • Communicate patient results and collaborate across departments.
  • Participate in R&D and pharma projects as needed.

✅ What You Bring:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in high-complexity clinical laboratory testing.
  • Validation and laboratory operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field (biology, chemistry, medical technology, etc.).
  • Experience in a start-up or fast-paced diagnostic environment is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and accountable.

💡 Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with protein or molecular testing.
  • Familiarity with ISO, FDA, or CE regulatory standards.
  • Knowledge of Design Controls and assay development processes
