Patient Service Reps helping with Medicare Redetermination and signing up people for their HealthPlan, answering questions as needed, troubleshooting
Additional Skills & Qualifications
• High School Diploma REQUIRED
• Experience they are looking for:
o Experience in a healthcare call center environment
o Need at least 1 year of call center
o High volume inbound calls 60-80 calls (please make sure you add the call volume to each job on resume)
o Be able to multitask
o TONS of room for growth.
o Understanding HIPPA compliance, Medicare.
o Multi-line phone experience.
• Excellent soft skills, research, and investigative work.
• Onsite but once they pass training, there may be an opportunity for remote – must have workstation, privacy, internet speed.
