Job Description

Responsibilities
- Set up and operate machines, including wire bonding and semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
- Use microscopes, micrometers, calipers, and depth gauges for precise measurements.
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints.
- Perform basic arithmetic, algebraic, and geometric calculations.
- Communicate effectively with team members at all levels.
- Collect data and transform it into meaningful information.
- Troubleshoot and perform minor programming to specifications.
- Lift and carry up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and twisting.
Essential Skills
- 2+ years of technician experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Proficiency in setting up and operating wire bonding equipment, specifically K&S, ICONN, and Hesse machines.
- Familiarity with word-processing and spreadsheet programs.
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions in English.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience with manual or automated assembly lines.
- Will receive one month of training provided by engineering.
Work Environment
You will work in a dynamic manufacturing environment with a focus on semiconductor technology. The position is on the 1st shift, with the requirement to stand or sit for extended periods. The role offers 10 paid holidays and 5 days of accrued PTO. The initial contract is for 12 months, with the potential for extension or conversion to a full-time position.
