Job Title: Cleanroom Production Operator- $17.75/HR.
Job Description
Join our dynamic team in the cartridge department as a Cleanroom Production Operator. You will work in a cleanroom setting, assembling cartridges, monitoring manufacturing processes, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
Responsibilities
- Assemble cartridges in a cleanroom environment.
- Collaborate with a team on a manufacturing line to complete assemblies.
- Monitor semi-automated manufacturing processes.
- Work across four different lines: inspections, operating automated machines, sub-assembly/welding, and testing.
- Review batch records and ensure documentation accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Essential Skills
- Ability to follow work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Proficiency in computer use for training and documentation.
- Attention to detail and reliability.
- Willingness to be flexible and adaptable to various tasks.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in mechanical assembly and medical device production.
- Familiarity with inspection, GMP standards, and packaging.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
- Strong work ethic, trainable, and a team player.

Work Environment
The position is based in the cartridge department, with potential work across other departments as needed. Work in an ISO Class 8 cleanroom, adhering to specific dress codes including cleanroom PPE, no fragrances, and no makeup. Flexibility is essential, as work locations may vary between buildings approximately 2.5 miles apart. Shifts run from 4:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday to Thursday.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of San Diego, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.75 - $17.75/hr.
