As an Enterprise Technical Lead, you will architect and drive the creation of impactful software solutions that are deployed directly to our customers to ensure their mission success. You will serve as the primary technical leader, engaging with key senior level stakeholders to understand their needs and articulate a clear technical vision. Your expertise will shape the future of technology, contributing to government RFIs, RFPs, Statements of Work, and white papers, ensuring a cohesive technical strategy. You will oversee the end-to-end delivery of technical projects, coordinating across engineering teams to guarantee timely and high-quality outcomes. Innovate with cutting-edge technology to empower users to extract meaningful value from extensive data holdings, including large-scale text, multimedia, and geospatial datasets spanning over 46 languages. Your role will involve writing code that enhances functionality, improves performance, and scales capabilities to serve more customers and a wider range of applications.

Responsibilities

• Architect and drive impactful software solutions directly to customers.

Essential Skills

• 5+ years of progressive experience in Full Stack Development.
• Strong understanding of relational databases (e.g., Postgres).
• Experience with caching technologies (e.g., Redis) and object stores (e.g., S3).
• Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React).
• Experience in developing secure software solutions compliant with Department of Defense RMF.
• Ability to integrate with government IT ecosystems, including data platforms and IdAM providers.
• Proven collaboration with government IT and program offices to define technical requirements.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Environment
