Cleanroom Assembly Technician

Job Title: Cleanroom Assembly Technician - Sorrento Valley, CA - 1st Shift - $17.75

Join our dynamic cartridge department as a Clean Room Assembler, where you'll work on an assembly line in a clean room environment. You'll be required to wear full clean room apparel and gowns. In this role, you will become certified in three manufacturing processes, which are currently manual and require excellent manual dexterity. Teamwork is crucial as you strive to achieve daily manufacturing output goals that adhere to quality standards. Comprehensive training will be provided for all new hires.

Responsibilities

• Operate in a clean room environment with full clean room apparel.
• Work on the assembly line, ensuring manual dexterity and maintaining a steady work pace.
• Become certified in three manual manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate effectively as a team to achieve daily manufacturing output and quality goals.
• Stand for the majority of the day while working in the clean room.
• Provide training to new hires.

Essential Skills

• Experience with hand tools and following work instructions.
• Ability to perform assembly in a clean room and production setting.
• High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with mechanical assembly, medical devices, inspection, GMP standards, packaging, and medical assembly.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to monitor machines closely.
• Experience in fast-paced environments, such as fast food, is beneficial.
• Excellent work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.
• Trainable and a team player.

Work Environment

Work closely with machines, which can be loud. Be prepared to work shifts from 4 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Thursday.

This is a Contract position based out of San Diego, CA.

The pay range for this position is $17.75 - $17.75/hr.
