Job Description
- Qualify outbound leads via phone and email to determine service eligibility and interest.
- Provide timely and professional support throughout the sales cycle, answering questions and addressing concerns from prospects, families, and referral sources.
- Follow up consistently with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and guide them toward enrollment.
- Build strong, empathetic relationships with prospective clients to understand their home health needs, goals, and concerns.
- Communicate the value of the agency’s services, clearly explaining how they stand out from other providers and platforms.
- Work with Intake team, ensuring clarity and accuracy in all documentations
- Ensure a smooth transfer from sales to service delivery, facilitating a positive transition for new client
Qualifications
2+ years in inside sales, intake coordination, or customer service (preferably in home health or healthcare services)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple leads at once
Familiarity with CRM systems and healthcare documentation preferred
Bilingual a plus (e.g., Spanish/English)
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
