Job Title: Patient Transport Position
Job Description
Responsible for safely and efficiently transporting patients between hospital departments while ensuring comfort, dignity, and adherence to safety and hygiene protocols.
Responsibilities
- Safely transport patients between hospital departments using wheelchairs, stretchers, or beds
- Assist patients with entering and exiting transport equipment, ensuring comfort and dignity
- Follow infection control protocols and sanitize equipment after each use
- Communicate clearly with medical staff to coordinate patient movement
- Respond promptly to transport requests while prioritizing patient safety and timeliness
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- CNA license
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Oxnard, California.
Pay Rate: $23/hr
Schedule 12pm-8am (weekend rotation required)
Compensation:$22
