As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting executives and teams by handling a variety of administrative tasks. Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, office space reservations, and travel logistics for assigned executives.
- Handle time and expense entry for assigned executives.
- Assist with the production of client deliverables, including reports.
- Support client engagement activities, including new client acceptance and billing assistance.
- Draft, format, and proofread business correspondence and presentations.
- Coordinate and execute internal/external events and meetings.
- Leverage internal networks to effectively manage workflow.
- Serve as a liaison for internal and external clients, facilitating communications.
- Participate in onboarding new administrative team members.
- Assist with Continued Professional Education (CPE) activities for teams.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Proven commitment to exceptional client service.
- Ability to collaborate across functions and build trusted relationships.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Discretion in handling confidential information.
- Minimum of 1 year of related experience required.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- Experience in a professional services environment preferred.
- Ability to speak Mandarin is highly preferred.
- Flexibility for overtime and ability to travel as needed, approximately 5%.
Work Environment
